350gr sugar

2 eggs

Grated rind of 1 lemon

Tsp vanilla essence (optional)

Almonds to decorate



1. Mix everything together speed 4 on reserve for 10 seconds. 2. Shape small balls, put one almond on top and bake it for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
