250g toasted whole almonds

240g of plain flour

200g dark brown sugar

2 egg whites

Grated rind of one orange

3 spoons Orange Flour water

3 spoons water

Half tea spoon ground cloves

honey and almonds to decorate

Rice paper for baking



1.Switch on oven on 180 degrees.

2.Grind the toasted almonds 15 sec, Speed 10

3.Add the remaining ingredients put on the kneading programme for 2 minutes.

4. Roll the dough and shape them into rectangles of around 60g each and place them on the rice paper placed on the dish. Don't forget to make the traditional diamond pattern with the back of a knife.

5.Bake for 20 minutes in hot oven (180 degrees). When still hot out of the oven drizzle with honey and chopped toasted almonds.
