Chocolate Ganache with olive oil by JB

5ogr Olive Oil Extra Virgin

300gr of Chocolate (cooking chocolate)

 
  1. Add Olive oil and warm it up for 4 min/80°C/vel 1.

  2. Add Chocolate and mix for 30 seg/vel 2.

  3. Blend for 1 min/vel 5 -10, progressively increase the speed.

  4. Use it to cover cakes, tarts, muffins.... Enjoy!
