100gr Onion

250gr Tomato

40gr Olive Oil

50gr White Wine

1 tea spoon salt

2 Pinches of Pepper

1- Add all ingredients expect wine and chop for speed 6 for 5 seconds.

2- Add wine and cook for 10 minutes at speed 1.

3 -Blend for 30 seconds at speed 8.
